Office Administrator

Permanent Role
20 – 25 hour per week
Reporting To Director

To provide administration support for our digital agency business and support our eCommerce stores.

We are an ambitious and fast growing business looking for additional admin support to grow our diverse team.

Your role will involve a wide and varied range of duties including:

  • Answering inbound calls
  • Welcoming clients visiting the company
  • Assist with updating and maintaining Sage 50 financial management system
  • General clerical and office administration duties
  • Management of routine outbound reports to customers in a timely manner
  • Any other duties to support the business

 

Skills and qualifications required:

  1. A mature confident, energetic and self-motivated individual
  2. Excellent telephone communication skills as the role entails direct dealings with customers
  3. Well organised and highly efficient
  4. Ability to work on own initiative and a part of a team
  5. Good command of computer skills including MS Office applications
  6. Responsible, reliable & punctual with a proactive can do attitude

 

Desirable Skills

  1. Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  2. Ideally have A-C Grades in Maths & English
  3. Ideally worked in an admin environment previously but not essential as training will be given
  4. Customer service skills
  5. Sage 50 experience
