A London property firm with an innovative offer has enlisted Blackburn-based digital marketing agency seoBusiness to help raise its profile online.

Denhan International specialises in the rental market, managing properties on behalf of landlords and helping tenants to find their next home.

The company’s offer is unlike other services available to landlords in that it provides a guaranteed rental income for the owners, and manages all of the tasks required to maintain and occupy the property. Based in the capital city, Denhan serves properties all across the South East.

Now the company, launched in 2003, has invested in boosting its profile online with a campaign including both search engine optimisation (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.

Ayub Mohidin, the company’s general manager who has worked at the firm for more than ten years, says: “Everything these days is online, it’s the first place everybody starts their research and so it’s the most important place to be visible.”

The PPC campaign will involve strategically placing adverts on a variety of websites, which will enable seoBusiness to accurately target users who match the profile of likely Denhan customers.
