The award-winning Stanley House Hotel and Spa in Mellor has extended its contract with web development and digital marketing agency eBusiness UK as it launches its brand new wedding venue.

Following significant investment, Stanley House has added a 450-capacity, glass-walled extension to the 17th century manor house. The dedicated wedding venue has been designed to host traditional and Asian weddings and civil partnerships.

Stanley House, which features a 30-bedroom hotel, restaurant, conference and spa facilities, came under new ownership in 2020 and commissioned eBusiness UK to build a new website in 2021. The Blackburn agency used high quality photography and video to showcase the picturesque setting and the full range of services and packages available.

Now Stanley House has tasked eBusiness UK with promoting the wedding venue and its services and packages to couples across Blackburn, Mellor, Clitheroe, Preston and the wider Lancashire region.

The agency will use search engine optimisation (SEO) experience gained over more than two decades providing digital marketing services to help the venue’s wedding offer achieve a high level of visibility across all major search engines.

Latif Kothia, director of eBusiness UK, said: “Stanley House is an iconic venue and we are delighted to have extended our working relationship with the team.”

“The venue has always offered wedding packages, but this latest investment has doubled its capacity and will see them become more central to its offer. Having visited the new building in person, I can say that it is truly stunning and we are excited to help bring it to the attention of couples across the county.”
