Established in 2000, Sara's offers a comprehensive range of halal deli products from their state of the art manufacturing site in the North West of England.
With more and more of their customer's shopping online, Sara's wanted to revamp their e-commerce site to make the buying process effortless. In light of the increased competition it was also important to to create a continuous dialogue with their customers to protect and grow their market share.
Using popular grocery sites like 'Ocado' as our benchmark we delivered a complete e-commerce solution. This was combined with regular emails featuring seasonal offers, a Facebook presence and a considered PPC campaign.
Saras have quadrupled their online sales since their site relaunched. Their exponential growth is expected to continue with the launch of their mobile-commerce site.
