Leading UK waste and recycling specialist Neales Waste Management sought to develop a key online communications tool - and go much further, by helping manage customer relationships and attract new business.
With costly phone and paper based systems an impediment to new business wins, Neales briefed us to help reduce administrative overheads, develop a system with real sales potential and offer extra service flexibility to clients.
Working in partnership, we delivered a custom web solution enabling Neales Waste's customers and contractors to request and confirm work. Accessed online, it takes bookings, issues jobs, registers completions, generates invoices and produces valuable management information.
The company's new website is much more than a digital shop window. By implementing the back office system, Neales were able to cut costs by £20,000 and win a £750,000 Government contract. Meanwhile, customers and suppliers now have a single, definitive point of contact.
