The idea came internally when it was apparent that so many businesses, often quite mature ones, simply were not sure how to start the process of selecting a website supplier.
Too often a supplier may be chosen because he or she is known to someone and is 'selected' on that basis and not for any more purposeful reason. Understandably people fear chosing a website supplier as too many design agencies simply baffle with technology words that go over most sane people's heads.
