A brief history of me...
I'm a Lancashire lad who has spent most of his life on the other side of the Pennines. I built a career in sales and marketing, including a long spell with British Leyland in its bad old days, which was interesting! I ended up as Marketing Director of a group of engineering companies before entering the world of franchising, which I thoroughly enjoy. Away from work I have a passion for cricket and spend much of my spare time helping to run Shepley Cricket Club, a senior club in Yorkshire; it's hard work, but very rewarding. I love live music, walking on a beautiful, empty beach on the North Yorkshire coast (if I told you exactly where it is I'd have to kill you!) and my family.

My daughters and my grandchildren, Franky (my other half) and Shepley Cricket Club.

Something you won’t know about me...
I designed the Huddersfield Town official crest, worn on the shirts and used on all of the club's merchandise. Unfortunately, I don't get royalties!
